General Policy
TrafficEncore.com's general policy is to act as the provider of a traffic exchange, website advertising and promotion system. TrafficEncore.com reserves the right to suspend or cancel a Member's access to any or all services provided by
TrafficEncore.com if TrafficEncore.com determines that the account has been inappropriately used.
TrafficEncore.com forbids anyone from using our services to display sites that may contain anything illegal. This includes pornographic, racist, abusive, or anything that may possibly offend.
You are only allowed one free account. Anyone found with duplicate accounts will have all accounts deleted.
Payment Policies
Member agrees to pay all charges relating to the use of Member's account(s) according to rates and prices stated on said sales order at the time of commencement. All accounts are set up on a pre-pay basis. TrafficEncore.com reserves the right to change prices at any time.
Cancellation
All fees paid in advance of cancellation will be pro-rated and the difference returned to Member unless the cancellation was caused by Members violation of TrafficEncore.com's policies. No refunds will be issued in this case.
Lawful Purpose
Members that use our system for illegal activities will have their account(s) immediately canceled without refund of any fees. This applies to paid and free accounts. Member hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless TrafficEncore.com for any claim resulting from the use of illegal materials.
Password Protection
Member is responsible for all use of their Member account and confidentially of their password. TrafficEncore.com will not be responsible for lost, stolen or otherwise compromised passwords.
Disclaimer
TrafficEncore.com will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. TrafficEncore.com cannot and does not exercise any control whatsoever over the information passing through its network or through the Internet. TrafficEncore.com reserves the right to revise its policies at any time.
Member understands that TrafficEncore.com services may be interrupted for several reasons, including but not limited to: malfunctions, maintenance, improvement or other problems out of our control.
Member understands that they may not receive advance notification of any such interruption of service. Anytime we have a scheduled outage, Member will be notified in advance via e-mail. TrafficEncore.com shall not be liable for any delay in or failure to perform the services caused by circumstances entirely beyond its control such as those occasioned by acts of God or other causes or which it could not have reasonably foreseen or any other cause which similarly impedes the providing of service.
TrafficEncore.com is not responsible for any lost credits, or any damages, loss of data, or other problems associated with using our services. No guarantees are made or implied as to the results of advertising with us as we have no control over the contect of your website.
Non-working URLs will result in loss of credits and suspension of your account. Please check your URLs often. If your account has been suspended, please submit a support ticket for help in resolving the issue. Click on the Contact Us link at the top to submit a ticket.
TrafficEncore.com has the right to deny any member or site from using its services at any time, for any reason, and has the right to add to or change the terms of service at any time, without notice. Any members/sites denied from TrafficEncore.com for violations of the above will lose all credits and cash and will not be allowed to join again.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding of the parties. Any changes or modifications to this contract thereto are agreed to by both parties upon renewal of services.
